Born from a belief that every person deserves the support, stability, and motivation to live a fulfilling life — LBM Services was built to make that belief a reality, one individual at a time.

How We Started
LBM Services, LLC was founded by Louis C. Williams, Jr. and Bre Booker-Williams — two individuals whose paths, though different, converged around a shared conviction: that community-based behavioral health services could and should be delivered with more heart, more intention, and more humanity.
Louis, a retired veteran, brought the discipline, structure, and mission-driven focus that comes from years of military service. Bre brought an unshakeable belief in people — a servant's heart that sees potential where others see obstacles. Together, they built LBM Services from the ground up, guided by three simple but powerful words: Life. Balance. Motivation.
Those words aren't just a name — they're a framework. A reminder that the people we serve are whole human beings with lives worth living, balance worth pursuing, and the capacity for motivation that just needs the right support to ignite.
Today, LBM Services operates out of Cary, NC, delivering Peer Support, Community Living Services, Individual Transition Support, and Respite Services to individuals and families across the region — with clinical services on the horizon.
Our mission is to support individuals on their journey toward recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.
Our vision is to provide person-centered, community-based services that empower individuals to reach their goals while maintaining dignity, purpose, and meaningful community connections.
What We Stand For
These aren't words on a wall. They're the principles that guide every decision, every interaction, and every service we deliver.
We lead with empathy in every interaction — with clients, families, and partners. Compassion isn't a policy; it's the foundation of everything we do.
We do what we say, say what we mean, and hold ourselves accountable. Trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and follow-through.
We hold ourselves to a high standard — not because we have to, but because the people we serve deserve nothing less. Quality is non-negotiable.
We are rooted in the communities we serve. We show up, stay present, and invest in the long-term wellbeing of the neighborhoods and people around us.
We believe every individual has the capacity to grow, thrive, and lead a meaningful life. Our role is to unlock that potential — not define it.
We take ownership of our outcomes. When we commit to someone's care, we follow through — and we measure our success by the progress of the people we serve.
